Cancellation and refund policy:
Sacred Heart Educational Trust believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy: Form Cancellations will be not be considered if payment is done. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been not communicated to NTA. If any transaction failed while payment then bank will refund the amount within 8-10 days. In case you feel that the form received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of taking out the form printout. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision. In case of complaints regarding online application that come with a warranty from NTA, please refer the issue to them.
